YOGA PILLOW
For versatile use for Yoga exercises or postural gymnastics. Cushion that promotes proper back posture and relaxation, especially of the back and legs. Also useful for reconciling the sleep of the little ones, during lactation and pregnancy.

Stuffing: Spelled Pula, following a process of dedusting and a sterilization treatment by freezing at very low temperatures, is used to make the padding of soothing cushions. Thanks to their breathability, they are used as anti-choking cushions for infants and to regulate sweating. In fact this material is thermoregulator, since it absorbs and retains the heat and then releases it slowly, resulting cool in summer and warm in winter. In addition, the spelled chaff is a precious ally of aromatherapy: just add a few drops of the preferred essential oil on the previously heated pillow.

It is also possible to have the Yoga pillow padded with Organic Spelled and Organic Herbs: Biodynamic Camomile, Organic Wild Mint, Organic Lavender and Organic Wild Rosemary, which add a balsamic and relaxing note that helps relieve mental and muscular tensions.

External Cladding: This Cushion is made of environmentally friendly materials of the highest quality. Packaged with GOTS certified fabric that guarantees the provenance from controlled biological cultivation of cotton, an ecological coloring and safe working conditions. Sturdy removable pillowcase in 100% organic cotton, inner lining in 100% organic cotton.

How to use: to heat the pillow remove the cover and wrap it with parchment paper or place it on a glass or porcelain dish, place it in the oven (off and preheated to 200 ° C) for 20-30 minutes or on a heater and apply it to the desired part. Alternatively, it can be placed in contact with a heat source, such as a cast iron stove or a heater. To cool the cushion, wrap it with a moisture-resistant casing, so that it does not get wet, place it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes to use it like an ice bag.

To sanitize the pillow: do not wash! You can remove the outer lining and wash it by hand or machine at 30 ° C.
