MINI CUSHION

Small pillow to be used warm to warm up the hands, soothe menstrual pain or an upset stomach. If used cold it is useful in case of bruises, insect bites, inflammation, swelling, toothaches and headaches. Also excellent as a cold pack in case of febrile conditions. Useful for resting sore and immobilized elbows and wrists.

Stuffing: Flax Seeds are used to make the padding of soothing cushions, useful in case of muscular discomfort, neuralgia and stomach ache. Thanks to their thermoregulatory properties, they accumulate heat and release it slowly. Compared to Cherry Stones they have the characteristic of completely wrapping the treated area with a "Memory Foam" effect. In addition, it is possible to add a few drops of the preferred Essential Oil onto the cushion previously heated for Aromatherapy.

It is also possible to choose the padding with Flax seeds and Organic Lavender Flowers, which have a calming effect and combine relaxation and sleep for children and adults.

Outer Cladding: This mini Cushion is made of ecological materials of the highest quality. Packaged with GOTS certified fabric that guarantees the provenance from controlled biological cultivation of cotton, an ecological coloring and safe working conditions. Sturdy removable pillowcase in 100% organic cotton, inner lining in 100% organic cotton.

How to use: to heat the pillow remove the cover and wrap it with parchment paper or place it on a glass or porcelain dish, place it in the oven (off and preheated to 200 ° C) for 20-30 minutes or on a heater and apply it to the desired part. Alternatively, it can be placed in contact with a heat source, such as a cast iron stove or a heater. To cool the cushion, wrap it with a moisture-resistant casing, so that it does not get wet, place it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes to use it like an ice bag.

To sanitize the pillow: do not wash! You can remove the outer lining and wash it by hand or machine at 30 ° C.
