How to use: to heat the pillow, remove the lining and wrap it with parchment paper or place it on a glass or porcelain dish, put it in the oven (off and preheated to 200 ° C) for 20-30 minutes or 2-3 minutes in the microwave oven at 650 W and apply it to the desired part. Alternatively, it can be placed in contact with a heat source, such as a cast iron stove or a heater. To cool the cushion, wrap it with a moisture-resistant casing, so that it does not get wet, place it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes to use it like an ice bag.

To sanitize the pillow: do not wash! You can remove the outer lining and wash it by hand or machine at 30 ° C.
