Essential oil obtained from the flowering tops of Peppermint. In Aromatherapy it is used to counter chronic migraines and headaches and as an antiemetic, useful for those suffering from nausea and who have to face long journeys. It helps in case of fatigue and psychophysical stress: breathing the aroma of mint is perfect when studying or when you need to increase attention at work, it also helps purify the air of germs and bacteria.

Excellent disinfectant of the oral cavity, very useful for deodorising the breath, against halitosis. Thanks to its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-itching properties it is useful in the treatment of boils, dermatosis and against insect bites.

Indicated to clear the respiratory tract in case of cold or sinusitis. It can be spread in the rooms, inhaled directly from a handkerchief, used to take a relaxing hot bath or even to make fumigations. Furthermore, when massaged locally diluted with a vegetable oil such as that of almonds or andiroba, it is useful for relieving cervical tension, in case of sprains, persistent cramps, muscle pain and rheumatism as it exerts an analgesic and antirheumatic action.

On Hair: Excellent for refreshing and lightening the roots, eliminates excess sebum and is also effective on irritated, itchy and dry scalp, to be used diluted in a neutral shampoo such as that with Wild Helichrysum of Sardinia or with a pre-pack washing with Grapeseed or Jojoba Oil.
