Juniper essential oil is extracted through the steam distillation method from the flowering branches of Juniper, a typical plant of the Mediterranean area.

Skin: Stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic system and is therefore useful as a diuretic and draining, also in association with Rosemary essential oil, but always conveyed with a cream or vegetable oil, such as Currant, Andiroba or Chaulmoogra oil.

It has anti-inflammatory and astringent properties and is decontracting in case of muscle pain, following physical efforts or sports activities. Also in this case it is necessary to apply it by diluting very few drops in a cream or vegetable oil, such as that of Sesame or Andiroba.

Aromatherapy: it is a very active oil, it gives energy, tone and vitality to the mood. Suitable in moments of discouragement and demotivation.
