Essential oil obtained from sweet orange peel. Used in Aromatherapy as a sedative, antispasmodic, calming of the central nervous system. Indicated in cases of anxiety, nervousness, insomnia or in periods of high stress, such as those pre-exam for students. For insomnia it is advisable to take a nice warm bath with dissolved 15 drops of sweet orange essential oil and coarse salt or Dead Sea salts.

On the Skin: Useful for dilated pores, for dull, dull or toneless skin, conveyed for example with Shea Butter or Apricot Oil; or to combat the imperfections of cellulite, because it stimulates micro-circulation, with the addition of Chaulmoogra oil. Helps to relax muscle tension, massaged together with Andiroba or Black Currant oil.

On Hair: Excellent for giving brightness to the hair in a natural way, eliminating excess fat, to be used diluted in a neutral shampoo such as that with Wild Helichrysum of Sardinia.
