Damascena Rose is a small shrub belonging to the Rosaceae family. The powder is obtained from the petals of its fragrant flowers. Made with the most beautiful roses, this rose petals powder contains a multitude of natural components that make it an excellent addition to any skin care regimen.

Rose Petals Powder is usually used in combination with other herbal or clay ingredients to create a series of beneficial treatments for a toned and luminous skin. It is suitable for all skin types, from that particularly sensitive to mature skin.

SKIN: It is suitable for all skin types, but especially for mature skin, because it counteracts the formation of wrinkles, keeping the skin fresh and young. It is an excellent vasoconstrictor, it is used to soothe reddened and couperose skins, and is recommended for dry and slightly hydrated skin, as it protects against dehydration, especially in low humidity and high temperature climatic conditions.

HISTORY and CURIOSITY: this variety of Rosa is very old and it takes its name from the country of origin, Damascus, from which it was then imported throughout Europe. Damascena Rose has a very delicate but unmistakable smell as it consists of more than 400 different aromatic substances, which also give it extraordinary properties. For these reasons it is considered the Queen of Roses. The collection of flowers (each with exactly 36 petals!) is done manually and only in a period of 30 days a year.

HOW TO USE: Mix the powder with warm water up to the consistency of a yogurt. Apply to dry and clean face. Massage gently. Leave on for 10/15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and then apply Rose Water or another Floral Water.

Herbs can be used in synergy with each other for a complete and personalized treatment: Recommended in combination with Amla for a rejuvenating and toning mask, with Multani Mitti to deep clean the skin and refresh, or with Neem to treat oily skin, without stressing it.

You can add rose petal powder to your bathroom to get a fresh and glowing skin.
