Kapoor Kachli powder is obtained from a small plant, belonging to the Zingiberaceae family, also known as the fragrant Ginger, due to its characteristic intense and spicy fragrance. Precisely for this intense fragrance, Kapoor Kachli is added to any pasta and mask.
