Brahmi is a perennial herb belonging to the Plantaginaceae family. It is an aquatic plant, succulent, with large leaves and small white or light purple flowers. The plant is found in the wetlands and small lakes of India, particularly in the northeastern regions. Known in Ayurveda for its rejuvenating properties, it acts on the cells of the brain improving memory.

HAIR: used against excessive fall, thinning hair, dandruff, prevents the early appearance of white hair. Stimulates hair regrowth and strengthens roots and stems. Brahmi is among the most powerful hair revitalizers! Recommended for use in combination with Amla, Bringhraj, Shikaki, Tulsi and / or Neem to promote not only the strength of the roots, but also to thicken the hair and give relief to the itchy scalp and fight dandruff.

SKIN: Brahmi can be used in pasta, infused or even macerated in oil, always for skin applications. Useful for all skin types, to treat dermatological disorders such as psoriasis, eczema, irritations and to stimulate skin regeneration.

HOW TO USE: Mix the powder with boiling water until you get the consistency of a yogurt. Add any other herbs for a synergistic effect. Cover the container and allow to stand for 20 minutes. Apply the paste to dry or slightly damp skin. Massage with light circular movements. Apply what remains even on the lengths. Leave on for 20-50 minutes.
